exaSound at RMAF2015: Room impressions and media coverage

The exaSound room was powered by Magnepan 3.7i speakers, a Pass Labs X250.8 amplifier, the exaSound e22 DAC and the PlayPoint network player. We are very grateful to our room partners for making this project possible!

.. The PlayPoint has a nice one-two punch "Ready" list that includes Roon Speaker and MQA, while also supporting AirPlay, Tidal (also via AirPlay), and HQPlayer. Of course, this being exaSound, the PlayPoint supports PCM and DSD resolutions beyond anything being sold (up to 32-bit/384kHz and native DSD256 up to 12.2MHz) so you are present and future proof... ...I typically enjoy my listening time in the exaSound room and this year was no exception listening through the exaSound PlayPoint/e22 MK II DAC ($3,499 see review), Pass Labs X250.8 amp, and a pair of Magnepan 3.7i.

Another company that aims to be on the cutting edge is exaSound. One thing that is really refreshing about exaSound is the company's focus on engineering and its rejection of hocus-pocus…
Chris Connaker, has published some really nice pictures of the exaSound room. Reader discretion is advised :) Watch out for coarse language.

exaSound Audio Design is proud to receive for a third year in a row the PFO Audio Oasis! Award at the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest 2015.
