If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return the products within 30 days. We will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping costs for items that are in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

All devices are build-to-order and shipped within 5 to14 business days. If your item is delayed we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel the order.

All prices are in US Dollars. PayPal will determine the exchange rate to convert your currency to US Dollars if needed.

If your order is delivered outside Canada, you will be responsible for all import tax, duties and brokerage fees. Other import or shipping charges not included in your order total may be incurred. Please contact your government to determine import charges.

All shipments are insured. In the unlikely event of your item being lost or damaged in transit, contact immediately Customer Service. We will file an insurance claim for you.

We may cancel your order if your shipping address is different from the address shown on your credit card statement or from your verified PayPal address.
